Dana is a strategic, collaborative leader with 20+ years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations. As a trusted advisor to C-level executives, she translates vision into action and strengthens cross-functional alignment.

Dana is known as a relationship architect with integrity who creates high-impact narratives and builds win-win-win partnerships in the quest to deliver meaningful, measurable results.

Before founding Inktide Solutions, Dana led marketing communications and partnerships for Juno, a SaaS event technology startup, building go‑to‑market strategy and association partnerships from early investment through Series A funding. She also held progressive leadership roles at fast-growing trade show company The Expo Group where her work spanned communications, strategic client solutions, industry relations, sponsorship and partnership development, hybrid event innovation, and corporate communications. Across these roles, she has been known as someone who can get executives, cross-functional teams, clients and multiple stakeholders on the same page moving forward together.

Dana's early career history includes editing at The Dallas Morning News, and her first job was as a Ride Operator at Disneyland. Dana is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in News Editorial Journalism and History. She lives in Dallas, where she is involved in professional, church, community and sports organizations. Her activities include:
